CHANGING AN EXISTING ORDER
As soon as we receive an order, we aim to despatch the items within 2-4 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any amendments. Should you need to make any changes to a new order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist you.
We can provide you with a full refund 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Product must be unused, with any tags attached. Please provide details of your name, address and order details as part of the parcel and take to your nearest post office.
Following arrival with us, most returns are processed within 7-10 working days of receipt. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an email and it should clear back into your account within a few working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the parcel is missing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
