Pan-Africanism! There are two sets of pan-African colours that are used in most flags across the continent of Africa. The most commonly known is yellow, red and green, inspired by the Ethiopian flag. The other set is red, green and black, introduced by activist and political leader Marcus Mosiah Garvey.
We chose these bold colours because to us they signify the strength and unity of the people and the vibrance and nature across the cultures of this collaboration.
